Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no makeup or deodorant stains, no pet hair, no smell of smoke, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shoes will need to be in their original box, unworn. If there is damage to the box the return will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account for regular priced items that are postmarked by 14 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at lbarney4@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need a photo of the item within 3 days of receipt. If we receive notification after 3 days we will not be responsible for the damaged item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelry, sunglasses, bathing suits, and undergarments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We ship USPS.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and the costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
